Benjo+ Angel: Engagement Session

I met Banjo and Angel not so long ago when they visited my studio. They were referred to me by a good friend. It was indeed a great meeting. We talked too much or maybe they think, I talked too much. what can I do, I have 17 years of experience in the UK. My story was told even they were not asking it. Well why not. I'd like my clients to know me better.

I learned that they are getting married this coming January, I thought what happen to a good old wedding planning. Lol. This two are in a hurry but hey ho...I like rushing. I have them signed the contract in no time. They love what we have discussed and we are all happy with what is included in the package for the wedding.

This two also booked me for the engagement shoot. This is called pre-nup shoot in the Philippines. Normally I like a bit of planning as well when I'm shooting this as I always believed, this is a once in a life time opportunity to make sure that we can capture a lifetime memories.

We scheduled this yesterday (November 27, 2021) but the typhoon Arven decided to ruin our plan. The 78mph wind, the snow and the non stop rain just won't let us make this possible. So we decided to re-schedule this today. We have been blessed with kind weather though it was really freezing cold with temp of 0 degree Celsius. It was bitterly cold.

Cold is not really a thing when two people are in love so they say. We met at Durham and we started going around. Planning our shoot as we go along as you do if you don't have much preparation. My bride to be and groom to be came prepared anyway and will do whatever I told them to do so it wasn't so hard in the end.

I have never known this two that long but I just enjoyed watching the love, the happiness and the tender loving care between them.

My intentions for this engagement shoots were always the same, to let my clients know me better as photographer before the wedding but it always ended knowing them better. I think if you want to be a better photographer who aspires to document your client's wedding better, engagement session is the way forward. I am confident that this two will not only be amazing on their wedding day but I think I just have known them better to make their special day more special.

Congratulations Banjo & Angel. Thank you for this special day. See you on your big day. I wish all the happiness now and forever.
